Ok...
Seat totally off the post?
Can you get an lubricant in there? Avoid WD40 as it is a De-Greaser I.E Exactly what you DON'T want!
Unfortunately all i can think of are 2 things.. I will consult with my old man because he might be able to think of something i cannot..
1. Try to get some sort of lubricant into the Seat Tube. Unfortunately, you may wreck your post in the process of doing this. Wrap it in tape, put a towel over it & get a pair of mole grips. Tighten them as tight as you possibly can, wiggle side to side as gently as you possibly can, but obviously with a little force haha. If you cannot feel it loosening up, the unfortunately you will need to muscle it. Circular motions, try to lubricate it as much as you can with each turn. Hopefully, you will be able to break the seal/tightness & it's still gunna take some muscle but you should be able to turn it round in circles, pulling up as you turn & *Fingers Cross* it should come out.
2. This really is LAST resort.... HEAT, It would suck if you had to do this, BUT.. A little bit of heat from a blow torch around the top of your Seat Tube should expand the metal enough for you to be able to once again twist & pull. Circular motions & pull up as you turn!
Hope that helps my friend!
