just some tips on manuals ( took me about 3 months to get a decent manual )
What to Practice 1 take a week experimenting with different balance points , everyone is different 2 get used to compressing in your legs to lower yourself and not moving your arms ( some people say they try to sit on there seat ) 3 get used to being able to lean back more to elevate your front wheel higher ( its all in the knees ) 4 get used to bailing out
Tips 1 try having your cranks correspond with your balance point level 2 keep your bottom foot pointing upward , this is the main reason for people having trouble staying up or not going straight 3 stare at either your front wheel crossbar or stem 4 try to hold the original pickup into the manual the longest 5 try marking a goal of were you wanna manual to
if you have any further questions or problems with manuals please ask in the comment section

When I started learning them one thing that helped me was to be a little more on my toes on the pedals than usual.
