Step 1, Freeze the bearings for a few hours. This causes the metal to contract slightly so that they slide in easier Step 2, Take the bearings out of the freezer and lightly grease the outside of the first one Step 3, Using a block of wood and a hammer, pound that sucker into place Step 4, Place the tube spacer in the frame Step 5, Grease the other bearing and pound it in. stop just before it is all the way in to make sure the spacer is aligned right, then finish pounding it in Step 6, Your done, put on them cranks and go ride
